- One 3- to 5-pound chuck roast
- 2 or 3 tablespoons olive oil or corn oil
- 2 whole onions, peeled and halved
- 2 whole red and yellow pepper cut into pieces
- 2 or 3 spring onion
- 2 or 3 sprigs fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon of yellow curry
- 1 half of ginger
- 3 garlic clove
- 3 teaspoons Mustard
- 1 3 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 teaspoons grounded red pepper
